Role
The Royal Links Land Marine Corps is the amphibious and expeditionary service of the RDFLL, specialising in combined land–sea operations and rapid deployment.
Mission
The Corps provides a compact force trained to move between shore, small craft and land. Marines frequently work alongside Maritime Command and the Defence Corps.
Operating principles
Marine activity is built around small teams, careful navigation and reliable communications. Water safety and casualty care are treated as core military skills.
